(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a Delaware corporation, governing your access to and use of the Tapyble smart NFC card, mobile application, website located at https://tapyble.com, and any associated services and content (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to access and use the Service. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tapyble Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use.

7. Payment and Returns

Where applicable, purchases made through the Service are subject to payment terms displayed at the time of transaction. Tapyble Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible non-customized products. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned items in original condition. Custom orders are final unless defective.

The Service may include links to third-party websites or content. Tapyble Inc. is not responsible for such content or any associated loss or damage. Accessing such content is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
